Getting a group set up
If an AGNR Group already exists and you just need to become a group manager, skip to the next page: Get administrator access to your group.
If a page doesn’t already exist on the AGNR Groups website for your content, the first thing you will have to do is request a new group. To get your group created, contact the Web Team with the following information:
- A general description of your group, why you need one, and what kind of content you expect to post.
- The title of your group
- The requested base name for your group’s URL (a short web-friendly name with no spaces or special characters. For example, the base name for the Faculty and Staff group is faculty-staff.)
- Name and email address of the person who will be responsible for managing the group members and content.
Once your request is approved, we will set up a group for you and let you know the next steps.
