Getting a group set up

If an AGNR Group already exists and you just need to become a group manager, skip to the next page: Get administrator access to your group.

If a page doesn’t already exist on the AGNR Groups website for your content, the first thing you will have to do is request a new group. To get your group created, contact the Web Team with the following information:

  1. A general description of your group, why you need one, and what kind of content you expect to post.
  2. The title of your group
  3. The requested base name for your group’s URL (a short web-friendly name with no spaces or special characters. For example, the base name for the Faculty and Staff group is faculty-staff.)
  4. Name and email address of the person who will be responsible for managing the group members and content.

Once your request is approved, we will set up a group for you and let you know the next steps.
